A warm welcome to everyone to this beautiful evening of the first Gateway Program to College. Today we are here to achieve and to distribute the certificate for 46 students who accomplished with enthusiasm and integrity the first program at Notre Dame University College of Liberia.
It is a pleasure for all of us to have such a great personality among us.
His excellency Mr. Henri Kastoun the Lebanese Ambassador in Liberia who encouraged this project before its inception & Rd. Lablah the Acting Executive Director for National Commission on Higher Education, Congratulations on your new post, you deserve it, and Thank you for your assistance to NDUCL from the first day till we got the License.
Our hope is to cooperate together for a long time for the better future of Liberian students. We believe that through education we can effect a change in this lovely country.
