The proposed Notre Dame University of Liberia (NDUL) intends to offer Bachelor degree programs within the Faculty of Agriculture, under the Department of Agriculture and Sustainable Development. These programs aim to equip students with comprehensive education in sustainable agricultural practices, environmental science, and rural development.
Graduates of NDUL’s agriculture programs can pursue careers in fields such as sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, food security, and environmental policy.
Students have the option to specialize in specific areas of interest, such as agribusiness, agricultural economics, soil science, or forestry. The curriculum for these programs provides practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary to develop sustainable solutions to agricultural and environmental challenges facing Liberia and the world.
Students may enroll on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on their schedule and goals. The programs also offer opportunities for hands-on experience through fieldwork, research projects, and internships with local and international organizations, further enhancing students' knowledge and skills in sustainable agriculture and development.
